Pamela Overton's litigation practice focuses on products liability complex litigation, business torts, breach of contract, eminent domain and condemnation matters. Pam holds leadership roles in several organizations and has been recognized as one of the "Top 10 Business Women in the State of Arizona" for nine consecutive years.
She is recognized as one of Arizona's premier commercial litigators. She has been retained by prominent national companies to represent them in complex products liability and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court. She has represented Aventis Pharmaceuticals, ZLB Behring LLC, Baxter Health Corporation, Baxter International Inc., Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Loews Corporation and O'Classen Pharmaceuticals in products matters involving medical devices, drugs, and FDA approval issues and class action defense. She has also represented Lorillard Tobacco Company in claims matters related to counterfeit claims, class action defense, RICO and business torts.
Pam has also represented innumerable Arizona municipalities and landowners in condemnation matters including but not limited to the City of Phoenix, City of Chandler, Chandler Unified School District, City of Surprise, City of Kingman, City of Bullhead City, City of Peoria, City of Glendale, Jack in the Box, and Dial Corporation.
Pam has served as head of the Phoenix Litigation Department since 1999.
