Daniel Klein practices with the law firm Kile Law Group in the areas of estate planning, elder law, estate and trust administration, and asset protection He received his JD degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and his BA from the University of California, San Diego. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of California. Prior to practicing law, Daniel was a mental health worker and had experience working with autism spectrum disorders.
In his estate planning practice, Daniel assists his clients with all types of planning vehicles and asset protection strategies including wills, trusts, business entities and avoidance of the estate and other transfer taxes. He also has expertise in charitable gift planning, special needs planning, Medicaid/public entitlements, conservatorship/guardianship, probate, trust administration, and business succession planning.
