Juliet Lynn Speisman focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, education law and intellectual property. Juliet has experience representing private and publicly held companies in litigation disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, bankruptcy and intellectual property issues. She also has experience in copyright, trademark and licensing issues.
