Requirements for grant approvals:
- Child must live in Arizona as defined by Arizona State Law.
- Grant request should be based on serious financial need.
- Financial need must be objectively verifiable.
- Grant must be used to pay for treatment and/or improve the quality of the child's life.
- An applicant may apply for assistance for past, current, or future therapy needs.
- Grant should not be used for any therapy whose validity is dubious or lacks maturity as a science.
