2nd Annual Chairty Pro-AM

At the Orange Tree Golf Resort on Friday, June 12th. The tournament will begin at 7:30 A.M. with a Shotgun Start, and lunch will begin immediately following play. Awards Ceremony and Raffles will be held during lunch, as well as a Silent Auction. Mary Hoffman will be performing live again this year. Mary has been the warm up act for the Kenny Chesney Poets and Pirates Tour with Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Sammy Hagar and Gary Allen at the University of Phoenix Stadium.

All proceeds will benefit the Arizona Chapter of ACT TODAY!

Register as a Team of 4 (not bringing a Pro) or as a Teams of 5 (bringing your own Pro) for $600 or register as an individual for $150. Included in the registration fee are all golf greens fees, cart fees, luncheon, and player gift bags.
